    Please submit this form one semester before you plan to enroll at the University of Rochester. Deadline for August (fall) enrollment is March 15; the deadline for January (spring) enrollment is October 1.

    In addition to the form, please request your official transcript from MCC, transcripts from any other colleges you have attended, and official AP/IB scores (that you are seeking credit for) and send them to:

    Once items are received, a verification of program requirements will occur and you will receive an official decision within 6 weeks. We recommend an admissions interview and resume for scholarship consideration. If you are applying for need based financial aid you will need to complete a FAFSA and the CSS Profile.

    Combined Degree Programs (September Applicants Only)
    The Combined Degree Programs combine a bachelor's degree with a graduate degree from another school of the University of Rochester. For more information, visit our website for Combined Degree Programs. 

    For consideration your entire University of Rochester application must be complete by March 15 (for fall start) or October 1 (for spring start).  

    Graduate Engineering at Rochester (GEAR)
    This BS + MS program in engineering and applied sciences allows students to obtain both undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees consecutively, with just one application. The GEAR program provides assurance of admission into one of nine engineering master’s programs at the University’s Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. GEAR students will receive a 50% tuition award in their final year of study.

    Guaranteed Rochester Accelerated Degree in Education (GRADE)
    GRADE is a BA/BS + MS program for students interested in becoming educators. GRADE students choose any undergraduate major and are guaranteed admission to the Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development with the Steven Harrison Scholarship, equal to one third of tuition, for each of their years at Rochester

    Health and Epidemiology Advanced Learning (HEAL)
    A five-year program with the Department of Public Health Services and the School of Medicine and Dentistry, HEAL allows students to complete their BA/BS and MS in epidemiology.
